Join us in a role that will give you broad exposure and insight into our hearing aid business across geographic regions and market dynamics. As our new Manager, you will play an instrumental role supporting GN Hearing’s overall strategy and drive growth by granting loans to or investing equity in a wide global network of hearing aid dispensers in exchange for supply commitments.


Leading major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions
At GN Group, we design and produce hearing aids that let our end users hear more, do more and be more than ever thought possible. Joining our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will become part of a sub department within Group M&A that focuses on strategic investments in the hearing aid industry.

Your job is to analyze, assess, recommend, and approve strategic investment opportunities into hearing aid dispensers to fuel growth in hearing aid sales and increase market share globally. You will be working with a high degree of autonomy and the role is a unique opportunity for you to gain in-depth experience with strategic investments across different financing structures and instruments.

Step into an international role
On a day-to-day basis, you will be in contact with colleagues from across our business, locally and internationally – Business Development, Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, M&A as well as our commercial sales teams and executive management. You will play a key role in optimizing our framework for investments as well as communicating and aligning best practices across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess strategic investment opportunities into hearing aid dispensers globally (FSAs)

  • Participate in planning and structuring of new FSA investments

  • Ensure alignment across all departments

  • Perform due diligence, present your findings and make your recommendation to management

  • Define and optimize frameworks and templates to ensure best practice

As this is a global function with a lot of activities in e.g. the US, international travel will be an opportunity. Equally, the role could provide an opportunity to do an overseas secondment.

Ambitious and energetic finance professional
We are looking for a team member who enjoys taking ownership and driving projects, has a passion for numbers, due diligence and especially people and thrive in an ambitious environment with great colleagues.

  • You have 3-6 years of experience, preferably from a position in M&A, Transaction Services, or similar

  • You hold a master’s degree in finance or economics

  • You pay attention to details, and take pride in delivering high quality work

  • You enjoy responsibility and work independently

  • You have exceptional people skills

  • You have strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint skills

  • You speak and write English fluently
