You will join a team of dedicated people who defines and maintains standards for project management across all our different business units. The PMO is the keeper of best practices, project status and direction to deliver value to management and stakeholders in developing programs.

What will you be doing?

Taking on an invaluable Portfolio Business Analyst role, you will work together with a very experienced team. Through collaboration with systems owners, IT, Program Managers and Management you will be responsible for understanding, analyzing and implementing business requirements in BI context with the purpose of transforming raw data into meaningful insights. Further you will also be responsible for the integration of PowerBI into a Portfolio Management tool currently under development.

  • Work with current PowerBI model, which will include further developing and maintenance so it continues to be a BI tool that can be actively used in the daily work and in management reporting.
  • Participate in defining and implementing Microsoft 365 PO in GN Audio. This will include defining data setup and business processes within the systems (Microsoft 365 PO, SAP, Microsoft 365 FO)
  • Build high level financial reporting within Power BI
  • Be in control of data and systems and thereby manage the link between the R&D business and other entities in GN.
  • Maintain high data quality by driving data clean-up and suggest better ways of working for example by defining processes and data setup as well as training stakeholders to independently manage their resources and projects within the system.
  • With your business understanding and data overview help the business to develop better data quality and develop/implement stronger processes.

Have Experience with BI Tools

You have experience working with BI tools and BI systems like PowerBI. Considering the BI role, your have experience in creating e.g. data-rich dashboards, implementing row-level security in PowerBI etc. You should have a minimum experience of 2 or 3 years working with PowerBI.

An analytical and practical mindset

You demonstrated data analysis / reporting, and problem-solving skills, whilst keeping a holistic view.

People and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking, communication, and presentation skills

The ability to work equally well alone as you do as part of a team

You’re not afraid to collaborate to solve complex problems as part of a wider team, but you’re equally comfortable working independently. We offer a flexible working environment but also expect freedom with responsibility.

Super user in PowerBI

High level of knowledge of PowerBI is required to be able to take over the current BI solution. Also, experience with SAP, Excel and the rest of the MS Office package is a great plus. You bring further experience from having worked with: complex data models with different data sources, security layers based on personas, and BI reports embedded in other applications (Sharepoint, D365).

Fluent written and spoken English skills
