Would you like to work for a global leader in intelligent audio solutions? GN Audio is now seeking a Student Assistant to work for JSS – Jabra Support & Services.


Through its Jabra brand, GN Audio is a world leader in intelligent audio solutions, and as Student Assistant, you will be part of our JSS global headquarter team located in Ballerup. You will be working with people across the entire GN Audio organization, both in Denmark and globally.

JSS – Jabra Support & Services

Jabra Support & Services (JSS) drives the strategic planning and operations for Jabra Support, including facilitating infrastructure, networks, systems, tools and content for a seamless and beneficial customer journey. We deliver a host of customer-centric services and operations world-wide and strive to make life sound better every time we interact with Jabra's customers.

As a Student Assistant, you will:

  • Be an active member of the JSS team.
  • Analysing customer feedback and supporting the different regions with valuable insights. This includes monthly preparation of CSAT customer comments and feedback, translation and categorization of all comments for presentation.
  • Perform different user test and data validation tasks in Power Pivot and Excel, to ensure data accuracy and continuously improve reporting in BI Qlik Sense.
  • Conduct AMS survey, including launch of survey invitations to customers, data collection and distribution.       
  • Performing ad hoc tasks related to communication and revising documents on the SharePoint intranet.

Academic Background and skills:

  • Preferably you are studying for a master’s or bachelor’s degree within service management, finance, statistics, mathematics or data modelling.
  • You most likely have 2-3 years left on your studies.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, with profound experienced in Excel (incl. Pivot tables) and PowerPoint. 
  • Experience with IT tools like SharePoint and Microsoft Visio.
  • You have a flair for numbers and strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
