Your day at Kahoot!

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will work in close co-operation with key teams throughout Kahoot! in order to optimize the commercial opportunities and deliveries for our key offerings. As part of the at Work segment, you will be responsible for aligning and coordinating the different activities for our professional product brands: Kahoot! 360, Motimate and Actimo.

You will need to define and follow up key performance indicators for your team and report on relevant areas, including the key aspects of lead generation, marketing performance and campaign outcomes. You will be reporting to our Product Marketing Director.


Your key responsibilities as a Product Marketing Manager will be:

  • Plan, align and report on all at Work Marketing activities across our three different product brands with and for our senior management
  • Lead weekly and monthly status meetings with the CX team and the at Work management group
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies together with your team
  • Drive marketing and sales activities throughout the customer journey ensuring we have a customer centric and holistic approach
  • Define personas and other key stakeholders for communication through close and frequent dialogue with customers
  • Create value propositions and unique selling points aligned with personas, service capabilities and roadmaps
  • Identify market opportunities and drive initiatives to support the at Work business area
  • Provide efficient and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders


  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, branding or similar
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English a must
  • Analytical with a strong understanding of business and commercialisation
  • A good understanding of and passion for technology and customer communication is a must
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Structured, self-driven and not afraid to act on initiative
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the software industry
  • 2-3 years experience in leading a team and working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in B2B Software / SaaS is a definite plus
