At GN Audio (Jabra) we develop and market state-of-the-art headphones and earbuds for the consumer market. We are looking to strengthen our E-commerce team in the EMEA region – and this is where you come in to the picture.

Joining us at our Copenhagen office, you become part of our international and open-minded e-commerce team that works together to elevate our sales and online product promotion in the EMEA region.

You will be part of the Global E-commerce Group, within which we have employees across the world, and you will report to our E-commerce Manager, EMEA (based in Copenahgen, Denmark).

What will you be doing? 

As our new EMEA Ecommerce Coordinator you will learn the e-commerce tricks and trades. The role will be instrumental driving daily operations and supporting launches of new initiatives. More specifically, some of your key tasks include:

  • Coordination of product launches and general product lifecycle management on jabra.com
  • Monitoring of order flow and inventory levels
  • Managing promotional activity (on-site, discount codes, employee purchase programs, etc.)
  • Coordinating 3P marketplaces activity (ebay, Amazon, CDiscount, etc.)
  • Monitor, analyze and report marketing/sales activities
  • General EMEA e-commerce store support and maintenance

Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Online Marketing, e-Commerce or Business Administration
  • Min. 1-2 years of work experience in similar role. Maybe from a student assistant job.
  • Attention to details, analytical and task oriented
  • Strong in MS tools, Excel in particular
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus
  • Preferably familiar with CE industry
  • Knowledge of ecommerce platforms is a plus (SFCC, Channel Advisor, Shopify or alike)

Fluent written and spoken English skills
