Welcome to Evidence & Adoption You will be a part of the Coloplast Evidence & Adoption Team located in Humlebæk, Denmark. We are responsible for supporting the organisation with our highly specialised knowledge and for shaping the clinical ambition of our business to increase the relevance of existing and new products and services. We are a diverse team of 15 highly experienced specialists who enjoy working together and are proud of the quality we deliver to our customers and the rest of the organisation. Help us further develop the standard of care in China You will support our efforts in increasing the standard of care in China by providing invaluable knowledge of health care and Chinese working culture to relevant stakeholders in Market Access, Marketing, the Health Care Professional Education Team and our Chinese subsidiary. You will be the clinical lead from HQ working closely with colleagues in Coloplast China. You will be involved in our efforts to change clinical practise through Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement, clinical education and educational tool development. Aided by your colleagues, you will generate evidence specifically for the Chinese market. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating bridges between KOLs through their Centres of Excellence across Europe and China. Some of your tasks will be to: Manage various projects related to our goal to raise the standard of care in China Lead the evidence generation to document the unmet clinical need for people with Spinal Cord Injury in China Build KOL ambassador bonds between Europe and China Develop and execute a publication strategy for the Chinese market through e.g. publications, posters and PR-related activities Support product development and product launches Shape and plan international symposia to build awareness and support to specific treatments on the Chinese market Around 5-10 days a year, you will travel to educate your colleagues and participate in medical congresses and meetings where you ensure KOL involvement and conduct, support or present clinical publications, presentations, posters or symposia. A health care specialist with project management experience and knowledge of Chinese culture You enjoy communicating and cooperating with a wide array of internal and external stakeholders and are good at involving them in your shared projects. Moreover, you are able to work at the pace and with the commercial flair needed in a big company. As a project manager, you work well with a high degree of ambiguity at times, and you are used to working independently, knowing when to reach out for support from management and other stakeholders. Professionally, you: Probably have a master’s degree within health care (pharmacy, medicine), life sciences (molecular biology, microbiology, chemistry) or similar – a PhD is an asset, but not a requirement Have deep knowledge about Chinese culture – it is a great advantage if you can speak and write Chinese, but this is not a requirement Have some years of experience with health care marketing, medical marketing, biotech/pharma, clinical development and/or project management Have working experience from a big company within medical technology Speak and write English fluently, Danish is not a prerequisite Are you ready to make a difference with us?
