Listen, learn and collaborate to make a difference The Evidence and Adoption department is a diverse group of highly experienced specialists, who take great professional pride in delivering quality to, learning from and collaborating with our customers and the Coloplast organisation. You will be the local medical strategy expert supporting Marketing, HCP education as well as Coloplast subsidiaries. You will manage a variety of activities and projects, providing medical expertise in the product development, launches and activation programs. Furthermore, you will be supporting the business with evidence, education and medical knowledge. Some of your key focus areas will be: Drive important projects across the organization from a medical marketing point of view Communicating clinical data resources and developing sales and educational tools to optimise the use of clinical studies to improve the standard of care to consumers. Create and nurture partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and health care professionals (HCPs) to foster ambassadors for our clinical direction. Developing KOL programs and strategies in compliance with Coloplast policies, guidelines and organisational objectives. You will travel to visit subsidiaries and participating in medical congresses and meetings where you ensure KOL involvement and conduct, support or present clinical publications, presentations, posters or symposia. This will however be to limited degree. Solid stakeholder management skills Your background could be diverse, but you probably have a master’s degree within life science, pharmaceutics, biotech or similar. A PhD is an asset, but not a requirement. We imagine that you have 3-5 years of experience with health care marketing, medical marketing, biotech/pharma and/or project management. Have working experience from a big company within medical technology.You appreciate good collaboration, being a team player with strong communication skills, as your ability to involve and activate our stakeholders are key to success. Professional competences should include Strong medical & clinical expertise Write and read clinical publications, study protocol, guidelines and acquainted with medical journals Good communication, facilitation and presentation skills Fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Additional relevant languages are a plus. Danish is not a requirement Strategic mindset and linking projects to business strategy Well-developed cross-cultural abilities Capable of driving projects in a cross-organizational and global setting It is important that you are curious and eager to learn, finding it natural to keep your strong medical and clinical expertise up to date.
