E-Commerce Specialist - Remote

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for various operational duties within the larger North America D2C E-Com team (Jabra.com/.ca, Blueparrott.com/.ca, Jabra Company 3P Stores on Amazon, eBay, and other key e-com marketplaces). The candidate will manage a mix of operational responsibilities and work closely with internal stakeholders (Commercial Ops, Logistics, Supply, Digital, CS, Finance teams) and external service provider (Salesforce, Channel Advisor, Global-E etc.).

A development plan is set for the candidate to initially master all operational duties (initial 12-14 months) and depending on performance to gain commercial awareness, potentially developing position into a sales role, held accountable for revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Creation and maintenance of price-books, coupons/vouchers, execution of promotional campaigns in Salesforce and Channel Advisor environments.
  • Execution of product launches and related system setups, ownership of product listing error monitoring and catalogue maintenance (pricing, inventory, imagery, product descriptions, product specs and attributes).
  • End-to-end responsibility of order monitoring to ensure on-time order commitment and flagging of fraudulent orders (fixing system related bugs, handle 3PL Logistics related delays).
  • Partner with customer support to ensure proper information flow throughout the order to fulfilment to delivery process; enhance customer support and experience generating toolboxes and guidelines with the aim of constantly increasing revenue.
  • Key liaison for communication of promotions, campaigns, site placement requests with internal departments (Email, Chat, ECM, Customer Service, Affiliates agency).
  • Key point-of-contact for all e-com operations related matters with 3PL Logistics (capacity planning, weekly meetings, on-time performance monitoring).
  • Execution of sales demand forecast uploads in to planning system (RapidResponse)
  • Maintenance of Employee Purchase Programs (adding new domains, update product catalogue, pricing).
  • Full ownership of reporting, performance analysis, not limited to Promotional Campaigns, Employee Purchase Programs, Chat/Store Support and other Voucher Redemptions, Refurbished Products Sale, Order Backlog etc.
  • Support ad-hoc business requests and projects, assist platform enhancements, work with business and IT teams to help develop test cases, user stories, bug fixes to execute flawless launch.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required

  • 1-4 years of professional experience as an E-com Specialist/Analysts or similar experience in E-com sales environment preferably at a medium/large corporation
  • Candidate must have a strong analytical mindset, desire to gain commercial awareness potentially developing position into a sales role, held accountable for revenue targets.
  • Solid Excel skills, familiarity of working with data from multiple sources (VLOOKUP, pivots, other intermediate level formulas) to analyze and present findings.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and shift priorities based on business needs to meet revenue targets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically while remaining execution oriented.
  • Experience with IT systems involved in D2C business is preferential.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $50,000 to $75,00. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
