Our DevOps team is supporting many development teams working on the next generation framework/platform of products based on embedded Linux and Android. We use SAFe as our agile development framework with 2 weeks sprint, and we are constantly improving our process, so that a high-quality software can be delivered frequently.
 

Main responsibilities

Within the team of colleagues, you would be taking an active cross-functional role supporting our platform and product programs. You will:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for embedded software development and releases.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation for embedded systems.
• Work closely with software developers to ensure that the development environment and build processes are optimized for embedded systems.
• Develop and maintain tools and scripts for monitoring and troubleshooting the automation systems.
• Manage and maintain embedded system hardware and software configurations.
• Maintenance and extending code signing solutions.
   

Who are you?

• A DevOps engineer with strong programming skills (mid-level/senior) and some understanding of the embedded systems, as well as previous experience with or supporting various Android and Linux systems/frameworks.
• Preferably holding a Master, Bachelor's or corresponding degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, software development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure automation tools and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Thrives working in an international environment and is accustomed to stakeholder management, facing internal and external suppliers.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with embedded systems and software development for embedded platforms will be preferable.
