As Senior Project Manager, your role will be to run projects of strategic importance to GN Audio, mainly to our business area Call-Centric & Industry Solutions.

You will manage projects with a dedicated team of specialists within audio, mechanics, hardware, software, and external partners.

You will be instrumental in working with product management to deliver on customer needs and according to the company strategy. You will collaborate closely and seamlessly across the entire global organization. You will secure quality, time-to-market & cost in program development. It is essential GN delivers the right product satisfying customer needs & expectations for best experience and company business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for the delivery and completion of Projects/Programs.
  • Plan and design the program response in all its facets as well as proactively monitor progress, resolve issues, and initiate appropriate corrective action.
  • Drive assessment of external partners and their technologies.
  • Actively engage and collaborate with technical experts and external partners to ensure program/project alignment.
  • Show clear leadership and take ownership for assigned projects – never assume things are happening by themselves.
  • Effectively track program KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) on product cost & quality, and project cost & schedule.
  • Be capable of generating mitigation plans to satisfy established project/ program guidelines.
  • Communicate progress, risk and status to management and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple teams across functions and borders within an international organization.
  • The role will require know how to handle high technical complexity, innovation and quality-focused work.
  • To be successful in this role the candidate will need to:
    • Understand complex technical design and architectures.
    • Execute through project teams and key experts, inspect, and adapt plans continuously.
    • Manage stakeholders proactively and effectively.
    • Strong communicative ability.


 

We expect the candidate to have:

  • An engineering background given our product systems are highly complex innovative technical systems.
  • A degree in Engineering or other similar and relevant education.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading complex technical projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methods.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $ 127,587.00 to $ 140,000.00. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays.
