Marketing Materials Document Control Specialist is responsible for managing the documentation and approval process for all US Beltone marketing materials. 

Highlights:

• Facilitate the review and approval documentation processes for US Beltone Marketing Materials
• Work with material originators to collect and organize required documentation
• Route and follow materials through the approval process
• Process and archive materials in our systems
• Maintain our asset library with current approved materials, archive obsolete materials
• Review marketing materials per policy for renewal or obsolescence

Requirements:

• High school or GED required
• 0 - 2 years of experience
• Competent with online systems and fluent English required
