STARK IT is seaching for an IT Configuration and Deployment Co-ordinator

We are looking for an experienced IT Configuration and Deployment Co-Ordinator to join our team and actively drive and motivate people on selected IT processes group wide in order to support the STARK GROUP and Business Units day to day operation and the business strategy. You will take a central role in the team to ensure efficient processes are in place and continuously improved and facilitate that process skills and competencies are in place in STARK Group and Business Units.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the actual management of configurations and deployments for STARK IT delivered services
• Responsible for ITIL configuration and deployment process documentation
• Facilitate, help and ensure CSDM/CMDB is updated and accurate​ for STARK IT day to day delivered services
• Maintain integrations / data input from service providers populating the CMDB
• Maintain and improve reconciliation rules for instances where same CI-data comes from various sources​ incl. 3rd part vendors
• Facilitate and support STARK IT and Business Units with configuration and deployment processes and training
• Facilitate, help and ensure the coordination of deployments across services and service providers​
• Chair relevant process forums across the group and participate in relevant boards
• Report and collaborate on process performance and improvement roadmap to with parties/boards

Team player with drive and high degree of professionalism

You will be a great match for STARK if you:

• Have +5 years of experience as an IT Configuration and Deployment Manger, IT Process Manager/IT Service Manager or similar in a SIAM setup
• Have a bachelor’s degree with an analytical focus, Process Control Management, IT or similar relevant real-world experience
• Are ITIL certified and have ServiceNow experience
• Know and have experience in how to manage CSDM and CMDB in best practice
• Have report and procedure writing skills
• Can demonstrate discipline, analytical and attention to details skills
• Are an excellent communicator in English and Danish (oral and written) and can translate technology terms/concepts into business/nontechnical points
• Have experience in driving changes and facilitating collaboration and action in highly distributed or flat organizations
• Have executive presence and comfort interacting with both internal and vendor on all levels
• Can influence without authority and collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders
• Can prepare reports on the state of IT Service Provider and support in identification of ways to improve and drive the improvements initiative
• Understand teamwork and act as a servant facilitator in relation to people, processes, and products
