At our global headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be a part of our dedicated Marketing Program Management team in the global Marketing and eCommerce department in GN Hearing. The Marketing Program Management team runs the launch and long-term strategic planning and builds our network across 100+ countries.
A strategic and informal leader
As our new Senior Marketing Program Manager, you will look ahead to ensure our long-term strategic marketing and eCommerce planning is in sync with our corporate strategy, business needs, and operations. You will craft our plans with clear targets, milestones and actions that enable your colleagues throughout the organization execute our marketing and eCommerce programs.
With a strong strategic mindset and toolbox for bringing strategies to life, you will gather information to analyze and synthesize complex problems. And you will be part of driving our annual marketing strategy, making sure it is clearly communicated and has full engagement from stakeholders across the organization.
Constantly collaborating across regions, key markets, and functions, you help us create synergies and make us work smarter via shared targets, transparent plans, structured and consistent project management, as well as establishing processes and governance that gives us effective collaboration tools.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Set up and own marketing processes in GN Hearing by crafting cross-functional life cycle plans for campaigns and programs in M&E. Including driving overall workflow management for our key initiatives with milestones, gates and deliverables that are aligned with core functions, regions, and key markets.
Drive long-term marketing strategy and campaign planning.
Ensure marketing and eCommerce pipeline projection with clear high-level roadmaps, based on commitment between functional and market needs.
Workflow responsible for project execution and tracking, as well as cascading in the Marketing Network via transparent planning, clear communication, and diligent project management tools.
Establish feedback management and timely communication flow, ensuring an informed and aligned organization.
Implement new ways of working to help us be better every day e.g., by improving and implementing processes and governance, proactively spotting areas of improvement to reduce inefficiencies and duplicate work.
Build the marketing network via professional touchpoints, trainings, workshops, and ongoing communication flows.
You will report directly to the Director of Marketing Program Management, Marie Schleimann Nordlund.

You are a dedicated, positive, and solution-oriented person, and we imagine you have:
A Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related discipline.
Most likely 6+ years’ work experience within marketing, strategy or execution in markets, regions, or global functions either in an advertising agency/consultancy firm or from a global company.
Excellent project management skills and experience with driving cross functional projects.
Understanding of the MedTech or pharmaceutical industries or consumer electronics is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
Ability to work out of our headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, and via flexible working.
Solution and quality oriented.
Strong drive and business acumen.
Fluent written and spoken English skills
