Join GN’s Advanced Production Tools department – transforming lives through the power of sound – bringing people closer
At GN Hearing, we develop innovative hearing solutions with great sound quality and excellent design to make life sound better for people around the world. You will join our Advanced Production Tools team, where you will be working alongside 4 senior software developers and our solution architect.
Specifically, we work with the final production configuration, calibration, and QC testing on all our hearing solutions in the GN portfolio as well as providing the software tools driving our service and support functions. You will become part of a team with a distinct entrepreneurial spirit and a go-getter attitude – and we can’t wait to welcome you on board.
Improvements and new technologies in a DevOps environment
Navigating in an ever-changing landscape where processes and tasks change fast, we work with the SAFe methodology, and we are tracking, planning, and building in Azure DevOps.
As our new software developer, your tasks will initially include that you:
- Design and implement safe, efficient, and reliable solutions in close collaboration with your software development peers and our solution architect
- Integrate test functionality into our production test framework supporting the latest products delivering real-time metrics from our production environments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure inter-dependencies and so that the overall system architecture is both implemented and tested

You bring a passion for software development and with your high motivation for working with software development, you thrive in a position where you have a direct impact on our products. Furthermore, you have tech and IT flair and enjoy the prospect of a close collaboration with our R&D department.
Also, we imagine that you:
- Have a relevant education within IT or engineering
- Have a few years of experience with software development e.g., from a student position
- Speak and write English fluently
Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English skills

It’s essential that you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues, no matter where they are. It is also a requirement that you speak and write Swedish fluently, as customer interaction will be in Swedish.
