PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Assistant Controller is responsible to ensure proper recording of the financial activities of the organization in accordance with Corporate policies and accounting laws (GAAP/IFRS). This is a hybrid (remote/in-office) position that reports to the North America Controller, who has oversight of all Shared Service functions covering ReSound, Beltone, Audigy, Jabra Hearing and Canada.

Broad knowledge of Shared Services functions Demonstrated leadership skills Advanced skills Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint & Think Cell Strong analytical & problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong organizational skills to efficiently meet deadlines
Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule that involves extra hours during month-end close and at other periods of the year such as audit and budget times when deadlines are critical.
