You will join GN’s Customer Data Platform team with the focus on driving digital exploration and innovation. The team is working project based, where curiosity, speed and agility is key to explore, prototype and validate new digital opportunities and technologies. The experimentation focus means that your tasks are versatile, where you will be working in a challenging and exciting learning environment bringing new opportunities from the drawing table into workable solutions.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will:

· Test API’s, websites, infrastructure, and more

· Create comprehensive, detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases

· Define pre-conditions and create test data needed for test case execution

· Estimate, prioritize and coordinate testing activities including but not limited to functional, integration, regression, and performance/load testing

· Initiate automated tests to confirm that the APIs created match the acceptance criteria

· Report errors, document test results appropriately and tracks bugs

· Provides clear and concise test documentation

· Assist the development team with testing at all stages of development

· Communicate on any risks from a QA perspective that could affect the current or future releases

· Maintain continuous and free communication with the Scrum Master, Product Owner, colleagues and business stakeholders in DK and UA

· Collaborate with the team to maintain automation testing best practices

· Perform regular independent evaluations and analyses of existing QA processes to identify opportunities for improvement

· Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies

What is required:

· 5+ years of professional experience in QA working with enterprise solutions

· Experience in testing REST API’s, web applications and services

· Experience in writing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites using various technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript and/or TypeScript, Postman etc.

· Knowledge and understanding of QA processes and exposure to CI/CD tools, integration and continuous testing

· Knowledge and experience in any programming languages (Preferably JavaScript, C#)

· Experience in using Postman and Azure Test Plans

· Experience with Azure DevOps, Agile process improvement, CI/CD automation, NPM, or other packages

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


· BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

· ISTQB certification

· Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS/XML/JSON

· Experience with performance and security testing would be a plus

· Familiarity of SQL, Azure Cosmos DB

· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
