We are currently looking for an experienced video marketing specialist to drive market awareness programs, UC alliance partnership, AVSI engagements, and go-to-market programs. We are looking for someone with the experience of developing and executing successful joint marketing strategies with AVSI partners, co-marketing campaigns, and a proven track record for delivering results via partner marketing initiatives.
You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:
- Maintaining strong partnership: to lead marketing efforts directly supporting our global alliance partners – Microsoft, Lenovo, Zoom etc. to reach marketing goals aligned to the business objectives of the Collaboration Business Unit.
- Product launch planning: to assist in creating go-to-market plan and co-create plans with alliance partners for new product launches under the Collaboration BU.
- Event coordination: to work with the country marketing managers, Alliance team, video business development managers on planning and execution of industrial third-party events and AVSI channel partner workshops.
- Sales lead generation: to contribute to the design and development of enterprise marketing programs according to the business needs and targeting; to covert sales leads, from both online and offline marketing, into opportunity and revenue by managing CRM system.
- Channel Enablement Programs: assist in the execution and implementation of channel enablement programs including tailored channel partner training, incentive programs, marketing to and through channel campaigns.
- Raise the profile and brand awareness of Jabra video products in APAC region, particularly among large Enterprise/SME/Public Sector/Education customers and create end-user customer demand pull for Jabra’s video products and solutions.
- Drive AVSI (Audio Video System Integrator) recruitment programs
- Plan and implement channel enablement programs including tailored channel partner training, incentive programs, marketing to and through channel campaigns.
- Drive PR, media relations, and product reviews to build preference for Jabra video products among the end users who are in the “consideration” phase of their purchase funnel.
We imagine the following sound like you:
- Ideally this person should have a minimum of 1-2 years working experience.
- Proven track record of success in a partner marketing role within video conferencing, computer hardware, or collaboration/productivity software.
- Demonstrable experience and expertise working with organizations such as Microsoft, Lenovo, Zoom or other similar Global B2B software companies.
- Proven enterprise marketing experience including partner marketing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment to drive outcome-based plans, programs, and execution.
- Ability to work as a team player, across functions to champion customer needs while maintaining alignment with Jabra goals.
- Understanding of a broad range of marketing activities, disciplines, and tactics, including content marketing, digital marketing, and industry events.
- Experience with Adobe, Salesforce, Tableau or other relevant B2B marketing technologies are nice to have.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar, or equivalent relevant work experience.
