To be successful in this role, it is important that you possess a great deal of patience and drive – both when it comes to managing various stakeholders and managing quality data processes.

You will get your hand on the following exciting tasks:

• Support business projects related to master data.
• Support the identification of objects and data elements to be managed and define how the master data is created and managed.
• Manage the high data quality by driving data maintenance from the different data sources.
• Be expert in understanding the data sources and by taking ownership of data complexity which are critical elements for reporting visibility.
• Develop reports in Power BI to support the data curve in automation.
• Ad-hoc assignments & supports.

A strong Master Data Analyst, we imagine the following sounds like you:

• Bachelor or higher degree in engineering/electricals, or data management/analysis/IT related.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience as data management, data analyst, operation management, IT or similar environment in manufacturing industry.
• Detailed oriented.
• Strong Data analyst capability.
• Be able to work independently and proactively especially for ad-hoc cases.
• Be skillful in MS software, such as Power Automate, Power BI…
• Knowledge or hands on experience on Oracle Agile, Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP/Qlik/Kinaxis is preferred.
• Strong communication skill in both Chinese and English (written and oral).
