At GN Hearing, we balance scientific research with expertise across advanced hearing aids and accessories. The eCommerce and Digital Customer Solutions team assists the GN ReSound Group’s three hearing aid brands, ReSound, Beltone and Interton, with online marketing initiatives for both B2C and B2B. We deal with a large number of very diverse stakeholders every day – including brand management, sales subsidiaries, product management and Group IT. Our student helpers support the team by acting as super users within our Sitecore CMS system and assisting with various other digital tasks as needed.

The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.

We would like to welcome you as our new Student Assistant if you can see yourself in the following:

• CMS Super user: Support and maintenance of portal websites. Also providing “How-to” support, troubleshooting and training of local editors
• Website editor: Makes all needed changes in the CMS system for marketing campaigns and global launches plus support on split testing
• Analytics: Creating overviews of marketing data insights and measure web KPIs
• Graphics support: Basic photo and image editing
• Miscellaneous: Supporting the team with various other tasks.

Sounds good so far? Here`s what you’ll need to succeed and create results:

We are looking for a profile, which has the following skill sets:

• You have knowledge of CMS systems, preferably Sitecore
• You know basic HTML and possibly other web-related areas
• You are detail-oriented and like to do your research
• You have basic knowledge of Google analytics and a flair for creating data insights
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with PIM systems and CMS Personalization rules are considered a plus.

Furthermore, you are most likely in the early years of your education which can be Web design/development, Data insights and/or Digital marketing oriented. You also have a genuine interest in IT. You are a quick learner when it comes to IT and technical issues.

Fluent written and spoken English skills
