Senior Frontend Developer

Digital Experience Team
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Digital Experience Team in GN IT. In the Digital Experience team, we develop and maintain a broad suite of customer-facing services and solutions that support our business. You will join a team of highly qualified colleagues and apply your skills in defining, building, and maintaining modern online services.

As part of our Digital Experience Team, you will:

  • Lead Frontend applications strategy development

  • Take significant part in expanding and customizing our platforms

  • Support and maintain existing code, including main sites hosted under www.jabra.com

  • Challenge current technical setup and improve quality

  • Provide your recommendations and ideas during scoping and planning

  • Be part of dedicated activities and projects where Digital Experience Team is involved

  • Partake in delivery and roll-out of large project initiatives

  • Work in a truly Agile set-up, where flexibility and feedback are in focus 

What is required:

  • Experience in designing and implementing complex front-end solutions

  • You know at least one modern framework such as React, Angular or VueJS, and you have strong fundamentals that allow you to use other frameworks

  • 5+ years of relevant production experience with front-end JavaScript, CSS, and HTML

  • Strong depth of knowledge in JavaScript and intelligence to leverage existing libraries

  • Knowledge of methodologies, such as BEM

  • Provide guidance and perform code reviews for contributors of various levels, whilst maintaining a high level of code quality across the front-end

  • You aim to be constantly learning something new, and sharing knowledge across other front-end streams

  • You are a dedicated team player with effective communication skills and by being part of a distributed team, you will communicate a lot with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors

  • You are fluent in English and feel confident to work in a cross-cultural and distributed environment

  • You have experience and feel comfortable working in a truly agile atmosphere


  • Experience with build/bundle tools (gulp, webpack)

  • Experience working with cloud or hybrid platform, including production setup maintenance

  • Knowledge of build-and-deploy tools, microservices, event-driven architecture and automated testing (unit, integration)

  • Experience with Azure, CI/CD tools, NoSQL, microservices

  • Experience with Sitecore, SFCC or any other CMS

  • Performance optimization

  • Continuous delivery experience
