Are you looking for an exciting position where you will be responsible for complex data analysis and provide insights to support business growth and profitability, please read on. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Commercial Operations Analyst to join our team.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to identify and implement business improvement initiatives.

You will join our team of 3 dedicated and engaged colleagues who are excited about taking part in improving our commercial operations activities. You will report to the Global Commercial Operations Manager Michael Jensen, but your daily work will be to cooperate with your team and stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

With your excellent stakeholder management skills, you will handle the global governance processes and enable swift and intelligent decision-making in a fast-paced consumer electronics business environment.

You will work with a large cross-functional interface in an informal, transparent, and relaxed working environment at GN Audio’s (Jabra)/SteelSeries’ HQ in Greater Copenhagen.

  • You will be responsible for in-depth analysis of sales and revenue data to identify trends and patterns and provide insights to key stakeholders
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies for growth and profitability
  • You will create and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key business metrics and performance indicators
  • You will identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across commercial operations
  • You will conduct benchmark analysis to stay informed of industry trends and best practices

You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration or Management and comes with some years of experience from a commercial planning role, e.g. commercial finance, sales operations, pricing, demand planning or similar.

To succeed in the position, you possess strong analytical skills, a profound financial understanding, and a high level of business acumen. Even though you deliver results on your own, you are aware that the way of success is through great teamwork.

You are used to interact with a broad range of both national and international stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills.

Moreover, to succeed in the position, you bring:

  • advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management
  • a demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results
  • excellent communication skills and curious, open-minded and a desire to learn new things
