What will you be doing?

As a Student Assistant you will be part of a small team assisting in all different kinds of assignments:

• Facility Management in general (Building maintenance, Cleaning, Catering, Reception service, Outdoor facilities). Collaboration with our external Facility Supplier and hof contracts, agreements, SLA’s, KPI’s and budgets)
• Updating and creating floor plans
• Handling and coordinating internal moves
• General communication to all employees through various portals
• Stakeholder management
• Larger building maintenance projects ex. fire and evacuation plans, and strategy (Risk & Safety Management) and renovating plans of office buildings
• Finance

Joining us 15 -20 hours a week, you will be integrated in the team and the projects we are working on. This gives you a chance to understand the inner workings of a global organization, create impact, expand your professional network, and kick off your future career.

A key measure of success will be the ability to get up to speed quickly on new projects, having a good eye for detail, and the ability to shift between tasks with ease. The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.

• You have an outgoing personality and enjoy being social at work.
• You possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written Danish and English.
• You are a self-starter and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• You will gain experience and knowledge in the broad field of Facility Management within the Service Industry.
• You will learn how to navigate within the whole organization of the company
