Would you like to change the future of the hearing aid industry and make a difference in the life of hearing-impaired people? Do you enjoy creating excitement amongst customers?

Welcome to GN Hearing – we make life sound better

Driven by deep understanding and commitment to customers’ unique needs, innovation leadership and commercial excellence, GN enables people to hear more, do more and be more. Our hearing aid brands (ReSound, Beltone and Interton) are all based on the group’s core engineering expertise and technologies that deliver individualized customer experiences.

Based out of Ballerup, you will be working closely with a team consisting of colleagues within Audiology, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, and you will play a substantial role in maintaining a close relationship with distributor partners and in strengthening their trust in our company and products. You will report directly to the Manager for Audiology Training for GPS.

Audiology training sessions – sometimes on site across Europe

As our new, enthusiastic audiology and product trainer, you will work with our three GN Hearing brands and carry out external trainings for distributor partners. These can take place online, but when possible, you will travel to distributors to conduct training sessions on site, primarily in the European region.

In addition, you will continuously collect and select available information and materials and develop an appropriate portfolio of product training tools and materials.

Specific tasks include:

  • Product training: presenting our product portfolio, features, unique selling points, competitive aspects, etc.

  • Sales training (audiologist to end user): training the partners to give end users the best possible customer experience and how to recommend the best audiological solution for hearing aid users with excellent counselling techniques

  • Audiology training: this aspect of the training is mainly related to hearing instrument fitting, fitting process and end-user counselling, but also diagnostics and verification

  • Participation in projects around launches, webinars, technical service and set-up and much more

  • Daily technical support and problem-solving for distributors regarding products, software, fitting and audiology issues

“For an outgoing and passionate audiologist, this job is a great opportunity to work with best-in-industry products combined with visiting on-site distributors and meeting a wide range of stakeholders across cultures and countries,” says Manager for Audiology Training Eva Lilja Nilsson.

Most importantly, you have an enthusiastic and captivating personality, so that you can engage your audience during training sessions.
