STARK Group is looking for an IT Sourcing Manager

Do you have a passion for procurement? And do you thrive with leading end-to-end sourcing processes? If yes, then you should consider helping STARK Group with building a stronger Sourcing unit.

Your efforts will be crucial to the success of our business in both the short and long term. You will take lead in creating the right sourcing processes, and in this way, you will help ensure that our processes will be followed and used efficiently across the business units. You will interact with IT and with business stakeholders. These include the office of the CIO and IT managers, application managers, program and project managers, and strategy and planning organization. Contracts can range from commodity products and services to highly complex outsourcing relationships with multiple vendors, contracts, and contract schedules.

You create value when you can meet the following success criteria within the first 12 months:

• Help build, communicate and maintain an IT Sourcing Strategy which support business and IT requirements
• Enable our Sourcing Strategy and Principles in the way we source.

• Support the development of IT Sourcing Best Practices and required awareness across the group
• Develop “win-win” strategies that achieve sustainable relationships with suppliers
• Develop supplier management with key suppliers including metrics and improvement initiatives
• Provide guidance to colleagues in your own area and across the organization
• Participate actively in the IT Governance structure to support the IT Governance structure across the group
• Challenge, coach and support the development of the IT Sourcing team

• Drive and implement processes for Sourcing to be followed in IT Sourcing, e.g. RfI and RfP processes

After the first year as our new IT Sourcing Manager:

• You have contributed to ensure working in the same direction, when it comes to IT Sourcing processes and templates
• You are leading new engagements with a focus of ensuring maximum value for STARK Group
• You have helped to direct IT Sourcing up on a stronger maturity level

To succeed in the role...

You have a strong experience in leading sourcing processes and take ownership of the role as an IT Sourcing Manager. You have the ability to work independently and create the right direction for IT Sourcing. It is crucial that you have worked with similar position in a previously job, so you how to succeed.

You are able to run strategic procurement engagements and have experience in doing so.

You will be part of an IT Sourcing and Vendor Management Team. We consist currently of 6 team members with competencies within Sourcing, Vendor Management, Contract Management and License Management. Your role will primarily be within IT Sourcing.

We are located in Aarhus and it is expected that you can work here from a minimum of 2-3 days per week. The other days it is possible to work from home or alternatively from our Frederiksberg office in Copenhagen. You must also be fluent in both written and spoken English.
