Jobbeskrivelse

Student worker for the GN Hearing Platform Release Management Team

Would you like to work with the integration and verification of cutting-edge embedded solutions?

Are you outgoing, structured and up for a challenge. Do you want to make a difference in the world of hearing technology? If you are ready to unleash your potential in an engaging work environment with great colleagues, we really wish to hear from you.

Welcome to GN Hearing – we know sound

At GN Hearing, we develop innovative hearing solutions and accessories with great sound quality and excellent design to ensure that hearing aid users will be able to hear more, do more, and be more.

At our headquarters in Ballerup, you will join a small but dedicated team of 4 release managers in Platform Development, R&D, where we develop, integrate, and verify software for hearing aids, device accessories and the platform development kit.

We would like to welcome you as our new Student Assistant if you can see yourself in the following:

As a student worker, you will work closely with our release managers, and you can look forward to a thorough introduction to your tasks, mentoring and learning how to work within the Platform Release Management team.

Your tasks will include integration, verification and reporting of the compatibility of the different components delivered by platform development – that being hearing aids, wireless accessories, chargers, or the platform development kit consisting of the communication drivers and supporting development tools.

Typical tasks include:

  • The overall integration of components delivered by platform development
  • Assist in the manual verification of the functionality and compatibility of our components
  • Report the results and create and follow up on defect reports
  • Support developers in general debugging
  • Write and review test specifications

You will work on average 16 hours a week. The job is highly flexible, and we will agree on the working hours together, so they fit with your studies.

Sounds good so far? Here`s what you`ll need to succeed and create results

  • Are open minded, solution driven, highly motivated and absorb information quickly
  • Have good communication skills in English, written and verbally. Danish would be an advantage
  • You want to work with software integration and verification
