Our Eindhoven R&D site, Center-of-Excellence for Intelligent Audio Solutions, gathers researchers and developers working in close collaboration with departments at HQ in Ballerup (Denmark).
What will you be doing?
As QA Developer, you will be part of our local Scrum team to develop, specify and verify features and integrate product platforms to ensure correct software functionality in new devices and products.
Driven by quality and with a strong hands-on mentality, you will specify our software system tests and verify the correct behavior of our signal processing algorithms. As our test expert, you will work in close collaboration with our software developers to implement firmware tests verifying our features.
Moreover, you will:
Oversee the entire verification process from specifying, planning, and executing tests to analyzing and reporting your findings directly to the developers
Verify software features, ensuring they meet internal requirements and follow standards and regulations
Review and analyze software requirements and design documentation
Report on software development projects and analyze and follow up on test reports
Administrate test cases and test execution, ensuring coverage and traceability
Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to succeed and create results
BSc or MSc in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent
Experience with software testing and verification
Experience with test automation using C#
Ability to ensure timely test execution and development – both manually and automated
A passion for creating intelligent test solutions and environments in cooperation with your colleagues
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies – Safe is a plus
Experience with signal processing is a plus
Experience with matlab is a plus
It is an benefit if you have experience with tools like TFS (Team Foundation Server), GIT and Jenkins (or similar)
Your effective communication skills allow you to collaborate easily with colleagues in your (local) team and across the organization (remotely), and you can raise criticism constructively. You take a systematic approach to your work and have a deep sense of detail, whilst having the ability to work with deadlines. You are a fast learner who possess the eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
Fluent written and spoken English skills
