GN Hearing is currently seeking a Software Product Manager. This role holds product management responsibilities spanning the lifecycle of medical professional application software and cloud solutions; from a deep understanding of customer needs through conceptualization of new solutions to presenting final product to market with excellence.

  • Particular emphasis on early stages of new software experience development for our professional customer segment:
    • Define valuable user experiences based on customer needs, competitive positioning, technological opportunities and business value – and see them through to final product
    • Be the "voice of the customer" during specification and development stages
    • Collaborate with stakeholders on experience ideas to conceptualize new solutions
    • Create value propositions and in-market claims for new user experiences
    • Carry the story convincingly to stakeholders with substance and excitement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guide feature development and prioritization
  • Drive decisions on product tradeoffs in viability, desirability, and feasibility
  • Provide solution briefs to marketing and training teams
  • Drive market field tests of new software solutions
  • Set product quality standards and actively take part in defect triaging and drive known issues communication
  • Contribute to customer launch documentation
  • Monitor in-market performance and derive relevant product improvements and business opportunities

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic project management skills to coordinate numerous daily activities
  • A self-driven, curious, collaborative, solution-finding, and data-driven mindset

Desired Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

  • Commercial Product Management experience highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of forming deep commercial understanding of customers and industry dynamics and how to create, position and deliver product experiences to win.
  • Experience working with Design Thinking is a benefit.
  • Knowledge in the field of audiology is a benefit.
  • SAFe/Agile experience is a benefit.

Travel: Occasional Travel - both domestic and international
