TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.

Being part of Interpay Bulgaria, The TransferMate global footprint encompasses 30+ offices worldwide with 26 different nationalities. In Bulgaria alone, we have 900+ employees in Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Sofia and Shumen and we keep growing!

As TransferMate continues to grow rapidly, our people and teams are too! We're looking for an energetic Junior Business Analyst who will be reporting into the Head of Process Re-engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing and implementing solutions.
  • Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
  • Effectively communicate project plans, requirements and status updates to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing working documents throughout the lifecycle of a project.
  • Read and understand technical documentation and capture the requirements and benefits for cross-functional teams to understand in simplified but well documented project briefs/charters, and vice versa.
  • Ensuring solutions meet or exceed business needs and requirements.
  • Perform user acceptance testing.
  • Document targeted improvements in metrics such as FTE or financial savings and compare to actual outcomes in follow up reviews.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between internal suppliers, stakeholders and users.
  • Managing competing resources and priorities.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Knowledge of, or certification in Lean Six Sigma beneficial but not required.
  • Prior Salesforce Business Analyst experience beneficial but not required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Advanced technical skills.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience in working with or developing top-performing teams.
  • A history of leading or supporting successful projects.
