Payments Specialist

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and expansion of the business, ensuring customers’ transfers are processed correctly and in time.

Location: Varna (Bulgaria)

Work shift: 13:30 - 22.00 (Mon - Fri)

Requirements

• Excellent command of English is a must - both written and spoken
• Good attention to details
• Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Working with Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Working on specific database;
• Filling in information regarding the transfers
• Checking bank details and other information (IBAN, SWIFTS, etc) needed for the transfers
• Setting payments into online banking platforms
• Working with Excels
• Manage queries in a timely and professional manner
• Contacts banks by e-mail or phone if needed
