The successful candidate will contribute to the development and expansion of the services ensuring excellent customer support and efficient administration within our money transfers department.
Location: Varna (Bulgaria)
Work shifts available: 13:30 – 22:00pm (Mon - Fri)
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all areas.
- Dealing with partner payroll queries
- Providing excellent and efficient service to all clients in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining all partner inboxes.
- Assist in onboarding of new clients/entities
- Escalation of any issues to payroll manager in timely manner.
- Adherence to SLA with partners.
- Maintain a focus on continuous improvement in the team.
- To Undertake any other duties as reasonably required for the role.
