Risk Data Analyst

TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.

We are currently in the process of expanding our global risk and compliance department and we’re looking for an individual with a background or keen interest in data analytics. This position will require the successful candidate liaise with cross functional teams to collect, investigate and analyse data.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for data collection, data analysis and data reporting
• Supporting the development and production of reports and documents
• Understand the data infrastructure of TransferMate and how this could be utilized to develop controls
• Investigate payment transactions when required
• Working closely together with other teams across the organization
• Responsible for report writing and ensuring appropriate audit trail

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Data Science or engineering or finance
• Demonstrated experience or knowledge of or interest in analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx or similar
• Knowledgeable about banking and payment products and associated risks would be an advantage
• The ability to be flexible and accommodating around different time zones at short notice
