TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as FIS, Wells Fargo, Wex , ING, Barclays , Coupa , Immedis , SAP and many others

TransferMate are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive forward our EMEA Fintech business. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for revenue growth with a selection of existing Fintech enterprise clients/partnerships, coupled with sourcing new opportunities across the EMEA market.

This will be a senior sales development role, part of EMEA regional Financial Services (F.S) Business team reporting to the regional Head of the Fintech/F.S. Business. As a core contributor to the team, you will play a key role in delivering on our longer term goals and strategy.

As a core player in the global payments industry, you will also be responsible for growing the TransferMate brand externally across EMEA & Global payments industry.


What you will be doing:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a small portfolio existing high priority partners and clients ensuring their needs are proactively met
  • Build strong relationships with TransferMate’s partners/clients through identification of working capital & FX pain-points, and finding ongoing solutions to address
  • Source and onboard new opportunities across the broad FS / Fintech and payments space
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients/partners to ensure maximum revenue growth is achieved
  • Gather partner feedback to enhance TransferMate’s user experience.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve business and technical issues with partners.
  • Offer ongoing education and support to partners/clients about current and future APIs, and TransferMate’s evolving products.
  • Identify, research and contact potential partners/clients that you believe TransferMate’s unique business proposition could bring value to.
  • Deliver personalised product pitches to potential partners/clients.
  • Gain an in depth understanding of partners business goals, offering educated insights to help them to succeed.
  • Provide consultative services to TransferMate’s sales and services teams.


Requirements

The skills that you have:

  • A Skills balance - proven ability to both win net new business & nurture & build and existing business partners/clients
  • Ideally Previous experience in providing working capital / FX / international payment solutions
  • Experience within Technical Sales / experience within SaaS sales
  • Experience as a builder or influencer of early stage product development.
  • Experience working in a fast moving environment, dealing with a high-degree of ambiguity.
  • An ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects at once.
  • Communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with familiarity and fluency in technical concepts and associated language.
  • A demonstrated ability to think strategically about issues, forming recommendations and actionable plans.
  • Experience with meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and be comfortable working on your own initiative.
  • Salesforce experience is an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
