We need you to come on board and help make a difference. We operate from offices in Ireland, the US and Bulgaria. We have made a significant impact on the market and are looking for successful, dynamic and ambitious people to join our team.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our North America team. This position requires a strategic sales focus targeting new prospects in our software and strategic partnership segment for TransferMate across North America.

Requirements

  • Identify and target key prospect opportunities through a variety of channels including, but not limited to, networking, industry conferences, outbound calling efforts, and targeted marketing
  • Educate contacts through comprehensive discussions surrounding their current treasury payments process and TransferMate’s solutions specific to financial institutions
  • Enhance product and industry knowledge through regularly scheduled training sessions and self- education
  • Ensure industry expertise is relevant through proactively seeking industry engagements and speaking opportunities targeted to financial institution networking
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with your key accounts
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is top priority throughout the process
  • Manage and deliver targeted revenues with accurate forecasting of the pipeline and full transparency through the status of opportunities
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets and key performance indicators assigned (KPI’s)
  • Expect moderate travel when necessary

Skills & Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Min 5 years selling SaaS (or Software) in a full quota carrying role, preferrable with experience in payments
  • 5+ years of proven success working for technology vendor or financial institution selling enterprise solutions
  • Experience selling a B2B solution involving a degree of multi-stakeholder selling
  • Highly successful track record of prospecting
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, determined to succeed
  • Value-based selling mindset is critical with keen focus on listening to understand prospect needs
  • Proven ability and success managing enterprise size clients
  • Referenced examples of large net new and key account growth deals you closed
  • You see yourself as an individual with a high IQ & EQ
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills a must
