VT Treasury Support Specialist

Due to continued business expansion, we have opened a new position for Treasury Support Specialist to join our team based in Veliko Tarnovo.

Available Working Shifts:

• 12:00 - 20:30 Monday - Friday
• 13:30 - 22:00 Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written business English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines.
• Experience working in a Customer Service/Business Role.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with remote colleagues cross multiple jurisdictions.
• Diligent, conscientious, organised and accurate.
• Adaptable, ability to learn and diversify quickly to accommodate new services and products in the Payments industry.
• Treat all company resources, processes and people with respect, honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of the payment processes & Treasury functions.
• Create and review daily reports - clearly communicate high level results using flow charts.
• Effectively communicate and record all relevant information across TransferMate internal teams and external third parties.
• Ensure that all information pertaining to a customer is retained within the pertinent file.
• Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner, adhering to deadlines and escalate outstanding items to management.
• Liaise with global banking partners in relation to incoming and outgoing payment transactions.
• Authenticate documentation and transaction information.
• Ad hoc Treasury and Reporting projects & analysis.
• Understand the Regulatory environment pertaining to the Money Transmission Businesses to ensure all internal controls and procedures in this respect are adhered to at all times.
• Awareness of Payment scheme rules to ensure ability to adhere to such rules.
