Strong at selling value and driving the entire sales process

To further strengthen our focus on growth and commercial success in the Nordic and other European markets, we are looking for talented and experienced Sales Executives to join our Nordic and International Sales Team at Kahoot! at Work.

You must be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the entire sales process and in a compelling and passionate manner articulate the value of the Kahoot at Work offerings within corporate communication and learning & development.

You will be responsible for driving Sales through building a strong pipeline and through strong business acumen have the ability to be both strategic and hands-on with your accounts.

You are an ambitious and high energy individual who can handle all business situations at all levels of an organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process - from initial contact to sales completed
  • Identify and prioritize accounts to drive Sales
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline
  • Over time become a Subject matter expert in presenting the value of corporate communication, learning & development.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to ensure we achieve commercial success with the customers
  • Define the business objectives and use cases to ensure high business outcomes for the Customer.
  • Build a strong business relationship with the customers

Requirements

  • Strong ability to manage expectations, to present solutions and build relationships
  • Commercial experience and strong business understanding
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track record within Sales
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and run a complex sales process and to articulate the business value of SaaS offerings within Learning & Development and Communication.
  • Strong listening skills and understanding of the customers’ business needs and challenges.
  • Team player mindset with strong people skills

  • You take initiative and you take responsibility, meaning you are a self-starter that makes things happen, and you are result and solutions oriented.
  • You communicate effectively in a clear, precise and structured way, you speak with authority and conviction and you present effectively.
  • You collaborate well with others within your own team and across teams and you support others to reach team goals.
