TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.

This role can be worked primarily from home, with a need to be in the office maximum 2 days a week.


In the provision of Company Secretarial Support to the Transfermate Group, you will be expected to work independently in delivering world class corporate and company secretarial services, including:

  • attending board meetings and taking minutes;
  • planning schedule and preparing agendas for each meeting;
  • ensuring filing of key documents for each entity; and
  • provision of assistance with regulatory examination and due diligence preparation as needed.


In addition to the above core work, the successful applicant will be charged with developing a robust corporate governance structure including preparing a roadmap for better governance in Transfermate.


Working closely with the Legal and Compliance Teams, we expect you to be the key individual responsible for the preparation and maintenance of intra-group agreements.


There may be other asks from time to time associated with this role, and we expect you to be involved with multiple initiatives across legal, compliance and corporate.


Requirements

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and where required, possess a willingness to learn quickly about corporate governance with a view to becoming the subject matter expert in Transfermate within 6 months.


There is an expectation that you will have a proven ability to multi-task and work on own initiative, and be comfortable engaging regularly with senior executives and directors.
