We are seeking a Global Growth Enablement Manager for the Financial Services area with expertise to deliver solutions that accelerate our strategic growth in existing and future jurisdictions. You will manage a portfolio of high-profile initiatives to optimise payment services between digital banks, APMs, wallets, financial institutions, and 3rd party payment technology providers. You will drive these high growth initiatives by collaborating across TransferMate’s stakeholder ecosystem and experts in regional teams, as well as external technology companies and financial institutions to deliver highly effective segments & market development. In this role, you will be expected to support the development of both short- and long-term strategies, driving stakeholders across the company to implement and execute within a goal orientated environment.
Key Functions:You will be responsible for the deployment, execution and management of TransferMate’s Growth Enablement Strategy at a global and regional level You will be the Senior Manager within the Financial Services Team which is responsible for co-ordinating between the business functions and external third parties to set up and activate payment operations in a multi-jurisdictional landscape You will partner and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Product, Risk, Treasury, Compliance, Finance, Legal and Technical Teams to execute the delivery of the expansion strategy Be a trusted payments subject matter expert producing portfolio and enablement materials to regularly communicate progress updates with the business Conduct workshops and webinars to inform the business on regional growth enablement solutions and associated requirements from multi-functional teams You will become an expert in the TransferMate’s technology stack, capabilities and networks and assist in packaging solutions for clients and business growth You will stay abreast of broader payment and technology trends and take actions to evolve our growth enablement strategy accordingly You will resolve conflicts, remove barriers and act decisively on urgent and important matters and always show up in a collaborative manner
Minimum 5 years of experience with payments/operations analytics in banking or FintechBA/BS required. Post Graduate degree in Business Administration strongly preferred Experience in implementing new digital payment solutions, and experience in working with cross regional stakeholders Skilled in the knowledge of various payment industry technologies and trends Ability to navigate in a highly matrixed global organization and drive results, ensuring that milestones are adhered to and risks to the project are called out early Highly engaged, critical thinker with strong organization skills Ability to manage high volume of data and apply analytics to demonstrate high level progress to the stakeholders and Marketing teams for timely updating of marketing material Aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate and differentiate solutions with evidence of tangible business results Process oriented, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal teamwork and external material brought to market Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills Strong team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
