TransferMate is looking for a self-starting Business Analyst to play a leading role in a new work programme focussing on Financial Institution Group Correspondents and Third Party payments. This will enable TransferMate to work with regulated third party Financial Institutions in order to process their transaction flow, and will require the candidate to bring together multiple streams, including Product & IT, Treasury, Compliance, Legal, Operations and Commercial functions.

This role will have a very real impact on the business, and the successful execution of this program will allow TransferMate to significantly grow its volume by opening up new Addressable Markets globally.

TransferMate Global Payments is a Globally Regulated, B2B Payments technology, which greatly improves the international payments process for banks, companies and both our software and strategic partners, such as Wells Fargo, AIB and ING.

Given the international scope and dynamic nature of the programme and stakeholders participating there is flexibility available in terms of location, remote working, and working pattern.

Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help lead, organize and drive the execution of different workstreams within the programme required in order to bring a new Correspondent / Third Party Payments proposition to life.

Previous payments domain experience is required, preferably in the areas of Correspondent, Transaction Banking, and Financial Institutions. Experience with payment data and ISO20022 format is also highly valued.

The role will work closely with the Programme management and stakeholders to drive toward clear, time-bound outputs and outcomes for the business based on plans and documented deliverables

Responsibilities

Lead analysis of Product and Payment orientated requirements for FI across payables, receivables, FX and Account propositions.

Help Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects. Actively work with function and workstream leaders to develop and control deadlines, requirements and activities

Contribute to change, risk and resource management. Ensure appropriate reports and RAID logs are held and communicated across the programme for analysis undertaken

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Change programmes/ large projects or in another managerial position in a Transaction Banking / Correspondent Banking / Financial Institution environment.
  • You will have exceptional analysis and organizational skills and be both adept and experienced in working with and managing stakeholders across different disciplines and functions to produce high quality results in a timely manner.
  • You will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders in both internally and in regulated entities, and can lead detailed discussions with TransferMate’s external parties, including banking partners and.
