Due to continued expansion, we have created a new position for a Financial Services Account Manager to join our Financial Services Team based in Kilkenny.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key relationships with TransferMates Financial Service Providers to include establishing new banking and fintech relationships
  • Assist with the addition of new features and products to enhance TransferMates offering
  • Communicate with Senior Management on all aspects of new and existing provider relationships
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to assist with building out TransferMates Roadmap
  • Take ownership of projects assigned to you from initiating to closing always ensuring effective flow of communication and information.
  • Continuously monitor progress of all tasks, be open to changes and be ready to respond in a quick and dynamic manger and handle any issues that may arise
  • Collate, analyse and summarise detailed information for high level review

  • Facilitate team meetings to plan and review successes and challenges
  • Constructively challenge the organization to rethink assumptions and approach things in new ways


Requirements

  • Experience of working in dynamic fast paced environment essential
  • Ability to take responsibility, work on own initiative and represent self with an executive presence
  • Ability to work with variety of stakeholders simultaneously and build, lead and influence relationships
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail with proven analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • A forward thinker with an interest in getting ahead of payment trends
  • Be comfortable with everyday use of Microsoft Office suite but advanced excel skills are essential
  • Ideally, 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
