Position:
Position Summary:
A Marketing Automation Manager executes and owns marketing automation programs for our members and sister organizations. The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for marketing campaigns designed to engage, educate, acquire, and nurture patients using a marketing automation platform (Marketo). This is a product owner role.
This person will have a strong foundation in marketing automation and will be tasked with implementing and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is highly technical, very organized, results driven, with strong attention to detail and has a passion for digital applications. This position requires a candidate that has an expert knowledge of executing marketing automation campaigns, preferably with experience in Marketo.
Performance Objectives:
- Deploy, manage, track and report on automated trigger and nurture campaigns
- Generate reporting and leverage data to draw insights and optimization of campaigns
- Perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Responsible for the integrity and segmentation of databases
- Marketo/SFDC sync related program/campaign management
- Support growth and member utilization of the program
- Provide internal trainings/workshops
- Process documentation
- Point of Contact for sister organizations
Capabilities/Key Competencies:
- Proficient in HTML/CSS
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities
- 4-5+ years marketing automation experience in Marketo, preferably
- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices
- Experience working in a CRM, OMS, or other related technology platform
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel, multi-channel marketing, and lead generation best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketo Certified Expert
- Experience in a medical field is a plus
