From our global headquarters in Ballerup, you will be part of Product Quality Management, an international team with 7 colleagues in Denmark, 5 in China and 2 in the US. You will join a tight-knit group, where you will be collaborating especially closely with the 2 other product quality managers in the team.
Working in the earliest phase of development, our team ensures that the user is at the heart of the process as early as the concepting phase. Combining things like customer feedback and market insights, we build our product specifically around user needs, in pursuit of the optimal user experience.

What will you be doing?
As product quality manager, you are the diplomatic link across different disciplines within the organization. You will incorporate key insights from specialists in everything from audio engineering to marketing and ensure that the right experts are consulted at the right times.

A background in engineering
However, your specific field of engineering is not vital.
Excellent communication skills
With the additional ability to effortlessly get opinionated experts from differing specialties to collaborate.
A knack for evaluating product quality and maturity
You can not only visualize conceptual possibilities and limitations across differing engineering disciplines, but you can also translate and present these as product quality targets.
Fluent written and spoken English skills
As an international organization with colleagues in over 50 different countries, our official company language is English. It’s essential that you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues, no matter where they are.
