We are looking for a new Technical Platform Owner with experience within digital architecture & platforms to work for our GN Hearing company.

As our new Technical Platform Owner (TPO), you will support the evolution of our technology roadmap to support our ever-evolving online experiences in GN Hearing.

You will work closely together with our architects, infrastructure teams, product owners, business relationship managers and development teams with the primary ambition to ensure a solid platform and technology roadmap supporting the requirements from internal stakeholder groups as well as our global customer base.

In the role of TPO you will have the overview of a wide ecosystem of platform components, applications, and digital services where you continuously engage in dialogues across business and technology domains to support the evolution of the platform ecosystem.

You will be part of our Digital Architecture & Platform Delivery GN Hearing team where you work closely with solution and Cloud architects and DevOps engineers to ensure alignment and progress from strategic to operational levels.

Your organizational belonging will be Group IT and you will report to Stefan Wideland, Director Digital Core & Innovation in Group IT. Although your primary focus will be on digital projects in GN Hearing, you are motivated to pursue platform synergies between our sister companies - GN Audio and GN Hearing.

Shape your own role

  • You own, plan, and prioritize the technology roadmap to support our online experiences in GN Hearing including capabilities such as ecommerce, product information management, content management to name a few key areas
  • You can prioritize the backlog for platform configurations, development activities, operations, and minor enhancements
  • You conduct planning meetings with the team and delegate tasks and responsibilities to the domain experts on the team
  • You will ensure platform requirements, SLA’s and that operational agreements are kept from our external vendors
  • You act as single-point-of-contact in dialogue with external platform, service, and application providers
  • You engage across the digital domain in the GN Group to seek and act on platform synergies

We believe that your personality is an important factor leading to success in the role. The following increase your chance of success in the role:

  • You hold a master’s degree and have experience from the digital domain for example as Team Lead, IT Manager, or have a background in a technology company
  • You have previous experience and solid understanding of Azure Cloud
  • You have domain knowledge of online business, hereunder ecommerce and online content creation and delivery
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and experience from interacting with a variety of stakeholders across technology and business domains
  • You have a steady hand in driving the evolution of a complex technical platform ecosystem
  • You have previous experience as a domain leader in a technology driven environment

Fluent written and spoken English skills
