I am Kim Glenert, Head of Quality Systems, looking for a new colleague to join us in the journey of continuously improving our Quality Plans and Systems.
Welcome to GN’s Quality Systems Team
Our team consists of 7 people with a shared passion for improving quality and helping our colleagues worldwide. We assist with everything from reporting on production quality with the input from our colleagues in production sites across the globe, compliance related issues to (EU) MDR with different colleagues in Europe and we also help our global sales subsidiaries to ensure compliance distributing of our products worldwide. Quality Systems is part of Corporate Quality, with over 30 skilled colleagues.
About the role:
There are several things that we need to manage successfully, and we provide you the freedom to achieve this. Our goal is to ensure our license to operate in a well-documented quality system. We will listen to your approach on how to achieve this.
As your manager I promise to do my best to make you succeed every day. What that means for you we will define together – but I promise that I’ll have your back, empower you and do my best to remove the roadblocks that you cannot remove yourself.
