Product Quality Manager to GN Hearing

The purpose of the role is to provide products and services to our customers with impeccable quality, through data-driven quality methods and closed quality feedback in the development programs.
As a Product Quality Manager, you will:
Represent the Product Quality in the development program and report to program manager
Secure early failure mode identification and prevention by facilitating DFMEA in development programs
Support development programs in planning and implementing test-to-failure for early identification and elimination of faults
Support engineers in the development programs in deploying structured approaches to study the relationship between multiple input variables and key output variables to optimize the design of complex technical systems (DOE)
Also, you will lead the work to install design guidelines based on market quality feedback and work closely with development line managers to achieve it and ensure fulfilment in development programs to avoid repeats.
You will prioritize, request and support root cause analysis in sustaining phase, based on quality feedback from regional product quality departments. Ensure that design guidelines and key processes are updated by line management based on findings from root cause analysis
Validation to ensure that the key measurable characteristics of products and services (CTQs) are identified at early stage of the development program and will meet the performance standards needed to satisfy the customer. As part of this you will deploy systematic quality methods to transform voice of customer into engineering characteristics (QFD).
Ensure closed feedback loop in the development program – from project start to end of product life (manage hypercare together with development program manager and prioritize product quality improvements in sustaining period).
Defining, managing and own the product quality plan (key product quality activities and quality KPIs to be fulfilled at respective milestone) will be important.

Do you have what it takes to make GN Hearing even more successful?
Then you have good communication and stakeholder management skills and leadership experience from R&D and quality, from line management, project management, verification lead or similar
A good understanding of the relevant R&D disciplines and systems (HW, SW systems, mechanics). Hearing aid experience preferred
Knowledgeable in DFMEA, CTQ, QFD, Design guidelines, DOE, quality feedback loop and quality planning. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
Excellent English written and oral skills
