GN Audio's (Jabra) Global Account Services team is looking for an analytical and IT strong student assistant. The Global Accounts Services Team, being a global cross company department, is currently looking for a student help being a part time team support.
The department is responsible for running and driving Jabra’s global and international account programmes and host operations such as update of our processes, systems, documents, key performance indicators, help on creating presentations, handbook, price request, as well as having light engagement with global account managers to ensure a constant and optimized flow of information.
The student assistant will play a key role in optimizing admin tools, do internet searches, prepare information for further use in our Global Support, Financial departments and other.
We are looking for a student assistant who can work approx. 14 hours pr. week, starting October 1st 2022.
Your main areas of responsibility include:
- Interviews on processes, creation and best practice and training material
- Maintenance of data in teams and Share Point
- Prepare management and team reports and presentations
- Transfer information to online tools
- Sales data follow up and implementation into reports
- Search internet for different types of customer information and add to online tools/excel/presentations
- Ad hoc daily tasks + optimization of processes
The ideal Candidate
- You are service-minded and efficient
- You find your motivation in completing tasks with accuracy and in time
- You have strong analytical and communicative skills
- You have a structured approach to your work and attention to detail
- Have highly developed IT skills, especially Advanced Excel and Power Point (knowledge of Share Point and Microsoft Dynamics CRM will be an advantage – but not a pre-requisite)
- IT flair – as you will get to know new systems
- You are fluent in verbal and written English
